LF ENERGY Linear Motion Shale Shaker Features & Benefits:

The entire shaker deck undergoes heat treatment to relieve welding stress, enabling it to withstand high G force.

The shaker screen is installed with a mechanical ratchet wrench gear for quick tightening, facilitating easy disassembly and ensuring long-lasting durability.

The wedge blocks for tightening the screen mesh are made of nylon, providing high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance.

Vibration motor: Italian OLI brand.

Polyurethane material is used for sealing between the shale shaker and screen, ensuring a long service life and easy replacement.

The supporting rubber strips for the bottom frame of the vibration screen are made of stainless steel, offering strong corrosion resistance and a long service life.

The electrical control box is made of aluminum alloy/stainless steel explosion-proof material, ensuring good sealing and strong corrosion resistance.

The pre-tensioned shaker screen allows for convenient and quick disassembly and replacement.

The mud outlet can be switched between bottom and side outlets, accommodating flexible installation on site.

The angle of the shaker deck can be mechanically adjusted while working at both ends , adapting to different processing capacities.

Shale Shaker is the first stage solids control equipment in drilling fluids recycling system; it is also the most important equipment. To a large extent, the performance of shale shaker decides the working efficiencies of whole solids control system. 


Shale Shaker for Drilling Fluids Solids Control:

Linear motion shale shaker are widely used for drilling mud solids control of oil & gas well drilling. In a complete mud recycling system, 

shale shaker is the first stage equipment for both solids control and mud cleaning. Shale shaker for solids control are devices that remove drill cuttings from the drilling fluid while circulating and drilling. 

By using different wire mesh screen, linear motion shaker could maximally remove the drilling cuttings and recover the valuable drilling mud back into the mud system for subsequent treatment. 

Besides Solids Control, linear motion shale shaker with High G force and large shaker screen area could be used as dryer shaker in drilling waste management project. After treated by Hi G dryer shaker, 

more drilling mud will be recovered and less volume solid waste discharged. The designs of drilling mud buffer box on LF shale shaker have back type and top type for option, which makes it separately suitable petroleum drilling and HDD.
