Mobile Lighting Tower
7.1 A mobile lighting tower is a movable emergency lighting device that integrates a generator with a high-mast lighting system. It provides both independent power supply and wide-area high-intensity illumination. It is mainly used in off-grid lighting scenarios such as nighttime outdoor construction, emergency rescue operations, and large-scale events, featuring high mobility and rapid deployment.
7.2 The unit is built on a robust chassis welded from structural steel, equipped with wear-resistant tires and a towing hitch, allowing it to be moved manually or towed by vehicles. The chassis is fitted with hydraulic or manual stabilizing outriggers to securely support and stabilize the tower during operation.
7.3 The mainstream configuration consists of a small diesel or gasoline engine coupled with an AC generator, with power outputs typically ranging from 2 kW to 10 kW.
7.4 Lamp Configuration:
The tower is equipped with 4–6 high-brightness LED lamps (halogen lamps are optional on some models). The power of each lamp ranges from 50 W to 200 W, with a total lighting capacity of 200 W to 1200 W. It provides long illumination distance and wide coverage. Some lamps support independent angle adjustment for precise lighting direction.
7.5 Telescopic Mast:
The tower is equipped with either a manual crank lifting system or an electric lifting system. The mast height can reach 4–12 meters. The mast is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, which is lightweight and wind-resistant, and supports 360° rotation to adjust the lighting coverage area.
