Mobile Trailer Generator Set

4.1 The mobile trailer generator set is a movable power supply unit that integrates a diesel or gasoline generator set with a trailer chassis. Its key features are high mobility and rapid deployment. It is suitable for applications such as outdoor construction, emergency repair operations, large-scale events, and field work where temporary power supply is required. The unit can be quickly transported to areas without grid power to provide electricity.

4.2 The generator enclosure is designed to be rainproof and dustproof, with a protection rating of up to IP54, making it suitable for outdoor environments exposed to rain and dust. Metal components are coated with anti-corrosion paint, and key parts are equipped with protective covers to reduce the risk of impact damage during transportation and operation.

4.3 The chassis is welded from high-strength structural steel and equipped with load-bearing axles and wear-resistant tires (some models feature anti-slip tread patterns for complex road conditions). Mechanical or hydraulic support legs are installed to stabilize the unit during parking, evenly distribute the weight, and prevent displacement caused by operational vibration. The chassis is fitted with a towing hook, allowing it to be directly towed by trucks or pickup vehicles. Some smaller models are equipped with a manual towing bar for easy movement by personnel.

4.4 Ultra-High Mobility

No professional lifting equipment is required. The unit can be transported by towing, and power generation can typically be started within 10–30 minutes after arrival on site, making it ideal for time-critical scenarios such as emergency rescue and repair operations.

4.5 Flexible Functional Expansion

Optional configurations include a soundproof enclosure, generator paralleling system, and automatic transfer switch (ATS) for utility power switching. The unit can serve as a temporary standby power source or as the primary power supply in areas without grid electricity.

4.6 Under normal ambient temperature conditions, the radiator must be rated for 50°C cooling capacity.

4.7 Other requirements for the generator set are the same as those for the open-type generator set.
