Containerized Generator Set
3.1 The containerized generator set is an integrated power supply unit that installs the power generation unit, control system, and auxiliary support systems inside a standard container. It features high protection, high mobility, and easy deployment. It is suitable for applications such as mines, oilfields, remote communication base stations, emergency disaster relief, and large-scale engineering projects requiring long-term or temporary power supply, and can operate as an independent power station.
3.2 The container is constructed from high-strength weather-resistant steel plates. The inner walls are equipped with sound insulation cotton and sound-absorbing panels to reduce noise. The protection rating can reach IP55 or above, providing resistance against dust, rain, salt spray, and external impact.
3.3 The container is designed with maintenance doors, air intake and exhaust ventilation channels, and silencer interfaces. Some models are equipped with lifting lugs and forklift pockets to facilitate transportation and installation.
3.4 High Integration and Mobility
The container adopts standard container dimensions, allowing global transportation by truck, railway, or ship. After arrival at the site, no complex installation is required—power generation can begin once the cables are connected. It is particularly suitable for rapid deployment in remote areas without grid power or for emergency power supply scenarios.
3.5 Strong Environmental Adaptability
The container can be customized according to operating conditions. For example, anti-corrosion treatment can be applied for coastal high salt-spray environments; turbocharging and low-temperature preheating devices can be added for high-altitude or cold regions; and enhanced acoustic insulation structures can be installed to meet stricter noise reduction requirements.
3.6 Easy Maintenance and Safety Reliability
The internal layout of the container is well designed, providing sufficient maintenance space. It is equipped with fire protection, explosion protection, and leakage protection devices. The fuel and electrical systems are designed with safety isolation measures to reduce operation and maintenance risks.
3.7 Under normal ambient temperature conditions, the radiator must be rated for 50°C cooling capacity.
3.8 Other requirements for the generator set are the same as those for the open-type generator set.
