
Skid-mounted Explosion-proof Three-phase Decanter Centrifuge System mainly consists of Decanter centrifuge, Centrifuge skid-mounted System (including skid platform, water tank, and oil tank),Pressure transmitter,Screw pump,Gear oil pump,Slurry pump and Explosion-proof fully automatic control cabinet.
The decanter centrifuge consists of a rotating bowl, conveyor screw, differential gear unit, machine frame, housing cover and drive motors. The rotating bowl is constructed with high-strength duplex stainless steel casting for enhanced durability. The centrifuge employs a dual-motor drive system where the main motor powers the bowl to generate centrifugal force while the auxiliary motor drives the screw to facilitate solids discharge.
The slurry is pumped into the decanter centrifuge through the feed pipe by the slurry pump. The high-speed rotation of the bowl generates strong centrifugal force, causing solid particles to settle against the inner wall of the bowl. The settled solids are continuously discharged by the conveyor screw and transferred to the sludge storage area via a screw pump. Simultaneously, the lighter water and oil phases form concentric liquid layers, with the clarified liquids continuously overflowing from the bowl's discharge weir at the large end. These separated phases are then directed into their respective water and oil collection tanks.
The system achieves fully automated, continuous feeding and discharging in a compact, integrated design with optimized footprint. The entire separation process is completed seamlessly with high operational efficiency. Additionally, it incorporates interlocked peripheral equipment such as an automated chemical dosing system to enable targeted material separation.
