LIFENG stirring motor equipped on the heated mixing conditioning tank features explosion-proof construction. To enhance the fluidity of the liquid phase in the material, the feedstock is preheated before entering the separation system. The material is pumped into a heated mixing conditioning tank where steam heating serves dual purposes: effective sterilization and efficient oil-water separation. The conditioning tank is equipped with an internal agitator, after chemical dosing by the externally connected dosing system, the integrated stirring mechanism ensures thorough mixing, thereby optimizing the oil-water separation efficiency.
