Shaker Screens are consumable filter panels mounted on shale shakers to separate drill cuttings by particle size. Performance-critical component determining solids removal efficiency.
Mesh Range
API 20 to API 325. Standard: API 40–80 top deck, API 100–170 middle, API 200–325 bottom. Cut point from 840 μm down to 44 μm.
Construction
Stainless steel wire mesh pre-tensioned on perforated steel backing plate. Composite or steel frame. Hot-melt adhesive bonding. Available in hook-strip or pre-tensioned panel formats.
